Block Shop Delivers to mainland UK only.

FREE UK delivery on all orders over £19.99.  Orders below this value will be charged at £2.99.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Orders will be dispatched via DPD, EVRI or Royal Mail.  Large orders will be dispatched via a signed for service.

Deliveries usually take 2-3 days.   Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days of placing your order.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service, so we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right to cancel, once you have cancelled the order then you should return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you have cancelled. We will refund the value of the returned items to the original payment method. After the 14 day period has elapsed you have a further 14 days to return your item (s) for a credit note.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and with none of the internal packages opened.  Constructed or partially constructed returned products will not be accepted.

Returns cost

Any costs incurred in returning products are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that all items are returned using a trackable and recorded service.  If returned items do not do not arrive with us, you must contact your postage provider.  It is not our responsibility to refund, unless you provide us with tracking details.

Faulty returns - UK

If an item is faulty, please contact us via the website and a returns label will be sent or emailed to you. If you return a faulty item not using our returns service you will not be refunded for your postage costs.  These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds

Please allow us 2 working days for us to process the return. You will receive a refund confirmation email when you’re the item has been refunded.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned product(s).
